Staying On Track

All Aboard!  Knowing what to expect on this journey is just as important as the destination. There are so many details to keep track of and you can’t afford to miss anything. 

Ironically, it’s appropriate for us to use a “train” metaphor when explaining our proven process (below).  Our process is similar to a steam engine.  It  powers you through the entire journey, keeping you safely on track,  while continuing to move you forward until you’ve successfully reached your destination. 

 

2 Teams of Experts:

Team 1

Ambassadors

We recommend working with a Franchise Ambassador if you’re just beginning to explore the franchise industry or if you’re unsure about how franchising works.  These experts assist you with the exploration phase of business ownership.  Utilizing their knowledge about the various types of business opportunities, they’ll assist you in determining whether or not the franchise business model is the right fit.  Be sure to select “Franchise Ambassador” when filling out the form field titled “Requesting A Consultation With:”

Step #1  
Explore & Determine

This preliminary step is designed to ensure you’re on the right path. When considering a new business venture it’s important to determine the type of business model best suited to you and goals.   Is franchising a good fit?  It’s very important to know the answer to this question. This step allows you to learn more about the franchise industry in general and gain knowledge about how this business model works.  It’s the time to ask questions and discuss whether or not the franchise business model matches your desired type of business ownership.  We recommend this preliminary step if you’re unsure about franchising.  Before meeting with a Franchise Examiner, you’ll need to have made the decision that franchising is your preferred business model. Once you’ve made this decision, you’ll be ready to meet with a Franchise Examiner. 

Note - If you’ve been considering franchise ownership for awhile and have determined that franchising is exactly the business model you want, there is no need to set up a consultation with a Franchise Ambassador.  Please continue down the page and review the steps listed under the Franchise Examiners section.  Be sure to select “Franchise Examiner” when filling out the form field titled “Requesting A Consultation With:”

Step #2
Find Your Franchise

Once you’ve determined that franchising is the best business model, it’s time to introduce you to your own personal Franchise Examiner. The Franchise Ambassador will handle all of the details…coordinating the introduction. You can expect to be working with your Franchise Examiner within 24 business hours.

Examiners

These experts provide a full consultation service focused on searching, examining and assisting you every step of the way. They even assist with how to best to present yourself to the franchisor. These experts merge their business ownership and/or franchise experience seamlessly with cutting edge technology to find your best matched franchise.  Their objective is to save you time and make sure you’re only considering the best franchise opportunities.  They work diligently to minimize risks and ensure your success as a new business owner. Be sure to select “Franchise Examiner” when filling out the form field titled “Requesting A Consultation With:”

Step #1
Understand Needs & Gather Information

Working closely with one of our experienced Franchise Examiners who’ll analyze your goals, experience, and assets to determine your best franchising options.

Step #2
Present Opportunities & Discuss

After learning more about you, the Franchise Examiner will present you with a specific set of franchise opportunities that fit you best and offer the highest chance of success.  They’ll also research available territories and help you schedule the initial telephone interview with the franchise.

Step #3
Investigate & Review

This is where you are able to research your franchise options in depth, which will help you to make a final decision. The Franchise Examiner will assist you with talking to existing franchisees, looking over the franchise literature and disclosure documents, as well as scheduling a discovery day (with the franchise) which will help steer you in the right direction.

Step #4
Make a Decision

The last step involves meeting with  additional professionals such as your attorney and CPA, and ultimately making a final decision.
